What’s with the name Think Level Four?

The Four Levels of Learning, also known as the Four Stages of Learning or the Four Levels of Competence, is a model that describes the process of learning a new skill or behavior. The model was first proposed by psychologist Noel Burch in the 1970s.

Our ultimate goal through enabling continual learning and practice for learners is to achieve the 4 th level of learning where they perform a skill effortlessly, or achieve “Unconscious Competence.”

Founder of Think Level Four

Midhun is an ICF Coach and learning facilitator with over 20 years of experience which includes stints with some of the top 20 Fortune 500 companies like GE & Citigroup in their financial services arm.He is the owner and founder of Think Level Four, a company that specializes in learning and coaching interventions.

Midhun’s facilitation style acknowledges diverse learner preferences and focusses on keeping the learner at the center of learning. His delivery is marked by open interaction and building psychological safety with the audience thereby enhancing learner receptivity.

His coaching style enables people to bring their whole selves to the coaching conversation. Goal-orientation, building rapport, fostering psychological safety, and designing actions with the client are some of Midhun’s key strengths in coaching.

Midhun holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration, is an accredited coach from International Coaching Federation and has completed his Train the Trainer certification from Dale Carnegie Inc. He is also certified in multiple psychometric assessments such as Extended DISC and Lumina Spark.e has worked with over 4000 employees from 56 organizations in enabling their learning and growth.

He is an active member of the International Association of Facilitators and the Social Psychology Network.
